Terms of Use

CCA Prep Studio helps you prepare for the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations exam with practice questions, drills, mock exams, scores and an AI coach. It is a study companion: we recommend taking Anthropic's free official prep courses on the Anthropic Partner Academy first, and using this app to practice and go deeper.

CCA Prep Studio is an independent study product. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC, and is used here only to name the exam and the technology it covers.

We do not register you for the exam, and we have no role in how it is scored. Registration, eligibility and results are handled by Anthropic and its exam provider.

Our scores, readiness estimates and mock exams are our own measures. They are not official and do not predict your exam result with certainty. Exam content and rules can change; always check the official exam guide. Apart from the Pass Guarantee described below, we do not promise that you will pass.

• You must be at least 18.
• Give accurate information, keep your sign-in email secure, and tell us if someone else gets access.
• An account is for one person. Team seats are assigned to named people and cannot be shared.

• Free is free for as long as we offer it, with the features shown on the pricing page.
• The free trial lasts 7 days, once per account, with no card. AI features have the caps shown on the pricing page during the trial.
• Exam Pass and Pass Guarantee are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They are never renewed or charged again automatically.
• Pass Guarantee: if you do not pass the exam during your pass, log the result in Settings and we extend your access free through your retake.
• AI features on every plan have fair daily limits so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone.
• Prices are shown before you pay and are charged by Stripe. Taxes may be added at checkout.

Refunds: if something is wrong with a purchase, email apollo@novalinqsai.com within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. This does not limit any refund rights you have by law.

You agree not to:

• Share, post or ask for real exam questions or answers. Certification exams are confidential, and sharing their content can cost you your certification. Our community removes it.
• Copy, scrape or resell our content, or use it to train AI models.
• Try to get around plan limits or AI usage limits, or break, overload or probe the service.
• Post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading or spam, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
• Pretend to be someone else, or submit a credential that is not yours.

You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within the service so others can read it. Posts are public. We may remove posts or suspend accounts that break these terms, and we use automated checks to help with moderation.

Replies from the AI coach, Explain This grading and generated scenarios are produced by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong. Use them to learn, and check important points against the official exam guide.

The app, its questions, explanations, design and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own study while your account is in good standing. Our study content is written in our own words and cites the official exam guide; it does not reproduce exam questions.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing apollo@novalinqsai.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the pass.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, or for your exam result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to resolve it.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell signed-in learners before they take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
